Scalable AI Pipeline Design for FIA Tools

The Feminine Intelligence Agency (FIA) is a cutting-edge organization developing educational tools, diagnostic systems, and conversational AI to prevent coercive control and relationship abuse. Our work bridges research, psychology, and technology to create tools that identify dangerous social patterns, build personal agency, and support early-stage intervention for at-risk individuals. Project Overview: We’re building a unique ecosystem where high-quality research is continuously translated into chatbot training data, user diagnostics, and interactive tools. Right now, this research-to-product cycle exists — but only in a highly manual, ad hoc form. Our goal is to create a system that is repeatable, efficient, and scalable . We’re seeking a student consulting team to: Analyze our current informal workflow (e.g., research collection, data labeling, chatbot content development) Propose a streamlined, strategic process for turning research into product features, chatbot content, and feedback loops Identify opportunities for workflow automation , process governance, and version control Recommend an operational structure (team roles, checkpoints, documentation protocols) that supports long-term knowledge retention and scaling

Coercive Control Awareness Toolkit for Healthcare Professionals

The Feminine Intelligence Agency (FIA) is a research and design lab focused on social discernment, covert aggression, and psychological safety. Our mission is to help individuals—especially women—recognize and respond to subtle patterns of manipulation and control that are often overlooked by mainstream institutions. We create tools, training programs, and public resources that translate complex psychological and legal dynamics into accessible, actionable guidance. Our work sits at the intersection of trauma-informed care, prevention, and systems change. Project Overview: Coercive control is a form of psychological abuse that restricts a person’s freedom through tactics like surveillance, isolation, gaslighting, and financial control. It can have severe physical and mental health consequences—but because it leaves no visible injuries, it often goes undetected in healthcare settings. Most clinicians are not trained to recognize or respond to it. This project invites nursing students to take the lead in a discovery and planning initiative. Through interviews with nurses, doctors, and clinic staff, students will explore how to make coercive control awareness materials (e.g., posters, handouts, reference guides) as impactful and practical as possible in real-world settings . The final goal is to design a roadmap for producing and distributing these resources across hundreds of clinics, based on frontline feedback.

Designing a Secure, Scalable Communication Infrastructure for FIA’s Listening Lab

The Listening Lab is a peer-to-peer mental wellness program delivered over Zoom, where women join small, decentralized “pods” for weekly one-hour sessions. These pods function like a gym membership—women can join as many sessions as they want, meeting regularly to practice listening, speaking up, and discerning social dynamics in a safe, agenda-free space . It’s a preventative mental health program focused on helping women build confidence and emotional fitness in a world where power imbalances and manipulative social patterns are everywhere. The student team will develop a secure, scalable scheduling system —the backbone of FIA’s Listening Lab. This system will enable women to: ✅ Easily schedule and manage their sessions across multiple decentralized pods, ✅ Maintain privacy and security in how they join and navigate these pods, ✅ Access community roles and guidelines in a way that’s integrated, secure, and intuitive. This project addresses strategic IT challenges like data security, user privacy, and real-time scheduling performance— core concerns in modern, distributed environments .
