Website Development for Pre-Order Experience
KAT Innovation seeks to develop a user-friendly, direct-to-consumer website for their innovative wellness device. The primary goal is to create an intuitive platform that facilitates a seamless pre-ordering process while offering personalized product suggestions and engaging content. The website should highlight how the device can enhance daily wellness and support an active lifestyle. By leveraging advanced AI and data-driven insights, the project aims to empower users to improve their health and maintain a balanced, vibrant life. Additionally, the website will be designed as a funnel, guiding visitors through a step-by-step process that encourages them to leave their information. This will allow us to build a connection with potential customers, offer them early access or exclusive offers, and nurture their interest in the product. Key tasks include: Designing the website layout to be visually appealing and user-friendly. Integrating AI-driven personalization features to enhance user experience and product recommendations. Developing engaging content that resonates with the target audience while aligning with the wellness-focused language. Building a lead capture system to guide visitors through the funnel, encouraging them to provide their information for future engagement. Ensuring the pre-ordering process is smooth and intuitive, with clear calls to action. The project will focus on creating an aesthetically pleasing and easy-to-navigate interface that aligns with the brand's mission of promoting overall well-being and vitality.

Website developer - 2025
The intern will design and publish a simple, bilingual marketing website for our new direct-to-consumer wellness product. Using a no-code platform (e.g., Webflow or WordPress), the intern will build a homepage, about section, and contact page. The website must reflect the brand’s key goal: to promote healthy aging and bone wellness for women. The layout must highlight product benefits through visual content (photos and short video), a clear call to action, and simple, user-friendly navigation on both desktop and mobile.

Financial Strategy (financial model)
As a startup, we are continually updating our financial documents and now require a highly accurate financial model for an ongoing medtech project (OSTAAT™ smart shorts for hip and lower-spine stimulation). A rigorous financial plan is critical to execution and fundraising, and we seek students to help build and validate it. Student tasks include: Learning our strategy, milestones, and constraints to understand goals, roadmap, and markets Building a modular Excel/Google Sheets model covering revenue, COGS, Opex, P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet, with clearly documented assumptions Creating unit and revenue forecasts (base/upside/downside) and income projections with sensitivity analysis (price, CAC, conversion, returns, timelines) Working with our team to develop an expense budget (manufacturing, quality/regulatory, clinical, marketing, distribution, logistics) Conducting break-even and runway analyses using the projections Reporting on projected assets, liabilities, and key ratios (gross margin, contribution margin, burn) Including clear visuals (graphs/charts) to compare scenarios and highlight drivers and risks Deliverables: working model (with assumptions and scenario tabs), a brief methods/assumptions memo, and a slide summary of insights. Confidentiality required; we will provide inputs and periodic guidance.
