It was nice working with Val

Val has been approachable and supportive throughout the project. She and her partner were open to suggestions and provided timely, constructive feedback that redirected me to the right path and helped me grow. I especially appreciated the freedom to take initiative, which made the experience both empowering and educational. This opportunity allowed me to develop my skills in market research and analysis. Although I’ve worked on similar assignments in school, those were mostly group efforts. This project felt different — I had to independently take the lead and contribute directly to improving a real business. That level of responsibility pushed me outside my comfort zone in a good way. The feedback I received along the way helped build my confidence and sharpen my critical thinking.
